Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you play Motocross The Force (“the game”), use our websites (motocrosstheforce.com and the MTF Racing site), our online features (leaderboards, multiplayer, the track library) or our Discord integration. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Please also read ourPrivacy Policy.
Who we are
Motocross The Force is a game sold by Shanghai Chaperot Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Questions about these terms:info@motocrosstheforce.com.
The game
- The game and its free demo are sold and delivered through Steam. Your purchase and your Steam account are also covered by the Steam Subscriber Agreement from Valve.
- We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for your own, non-commercial use. You may not resell it, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
- The game is in development and later in Early Access. Features, content and balance will change, and you may run into bugs. The demo may be changed or removed at any time.
Online play and fair play
- Online features (multiplayer, leaderboards, races, championships) need an internet connection and your Steam account.
- Don't cheat: no modified game files, tools or exploits that give you an unfair advantage, and no faking lap times or results.
- Respect other players. No harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation or spam, in game, on our sites or on Discord.
- If you break these rules, we may remove your times or results, and limit or end your access to online features, the racing site or our Discord.
- Races, championships and ranked racing on the MTF Racing site also follow the racing rules shown on that site.
Community tracks and mods
- The game can load community content, including tracks and bikes made for MXS. This content is made by other players. We don't own it, check all of it, or guarantee it works, and you use it at your own risk.
- If you upload a track, screenshots or other content to our sites, you confirm you made it or have the creator's permission to share it. You keep ownership. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, show and distribute it on our websites and in the game, for as long as it's shared there.
- We may review, refuse or remove any uploaded content, including at the creator's request. To ask us to remove content that is yours, email info@motocrosstheforce.com.
Our content
The game, its name, logo, artwork and our websites belong to us. You may use the material in ourpress kit, and screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, to write or make videos about the game. Please don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Discord
The game can show your activity on your Discord profile, for example “Playing Motocross The Force”, if you have activity sharing turned on in Discord. You control this in Discord's settings. Our Discord server and its leaderboard posts are part of Discord, so Discord's own terms and policies also apply there.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop any part of the game's online features, our websites or our Discord features, for example for maintenance or when a feature is replaced. We'll try to give notice of big changes on Discord or our website.
Liability
The game and our services are provided as they are, as far as the law allows. We're not responsible for losses caused by community content, by other players, or by services we don't run, such as Steam and Discord. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce important changes on Discord or our website. If you keep using the game or our services after a change, the new terms apply.
